THE PROCESS

The whole process could take less than a week.

5 SIMPLE STEPS

  1. Send a NON REFUNDABLE payment for your project

  2. Send your COMPLETE information

  3. Approve the sample/make suggestions for changes, edits, etc

  4. Receive your finished product

  5. Upload project for promotional use

BREAK DOWN

STEP 1- Send a NON REFUNDABLE payment for your project
                Deposits are not accepted. ALL charges & additional fees must be PAID IN FULL!!!

                *For Clients using PayPal or CashApp please add a $5 Processing Fee.

 

 

 

STEP 2 - Send me your COMPLETE information at one time
                The following basic information required includes but is not limited to:

  • Address

  • Email

  • Flyer

  • Logos

  • Music

  • Phone Number (w/ area code)

  • Pictures (.jpg format)

  • Slogan

  • Social Pages

  • Soundbites

  • Ticket Prices

  • Video Footage

  • Website
    If I am required to edit or download any items, there will be an additional charge
    PER ITEM.

 

 

 

STEP 3 -  Approve the sample or make suggestions for changes, edits, etc.
                 Within 72 hours you will get an email with a direct sample or a link for your project.

                 All audio files will be sent via email.

                 For videos, you will get a Dropbox link. 
                 Your project will be watermarked for previewing purposes ONLY.  
                 Please DO NOT share.  
                 PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROJECT THOROUGHLY.

                 Feel free to make any suggestions for changes or edits.

                 Don't hesitate to mention any incorrect info because additional fees may
                 incur if done at a later date.

 

 

 

STEP 4 - Receive your finished product
               Once approved via email consent, the watermark will be removed and the
               final production sent to you.

               I will also upload it to my YouTube channel (ask diamond),
               Facebook page (Diamond Voiceovers & send A LINK.

STEP 5 - Upload project for Promotional Use

                Now that you have the project, it is your responsibility to upload it to your
                website and social pages.

                You can upload your project to Instagram thru your phone.

                Promotion is included for up to 30 days or until the date of the event.
