What is required to get started?
FULL PAYMENT and all items needed for project which includes: flyer, music, logo, pictures, info, etc.

How do I pay for the project?
NO DEPOSITS are accepted. Full payment is due before your project can get started. Facebook is FREE & the preferred method of payment, which is totally secure. We must be connected thru Messenger to make a transaction. PayPal is accepted but there is a $5 Processing Fee. (Please send me your email address for a PayPal request). Cash App, Western Union & Moneygram are also acceptable forms of payment.

How long does a Voiceover project take?
Voiceovers take about 24 hours unless changes need to be made. A script is provided & once approved, the audio will be recorded. Changes after approval are subject to additional fees.

How long does a Video project take?
For Video projects about 48 hours unless changes/edits need to be made. More complex projects may take
up to 1 week. Changes after approval are subject to additional fees.

What are the steps to getting started?

5 SIMPLE STEPS

1.   Send a NON REFUNDABLE payment for your project

2.   Send your COMPLETE information to askdiamondshow@gmail.com

3.   Approve the sample or make suggestions for changes, edits, etc

4.   Receive your finished product

5.   Upload project for promotional use

 

How many pictures can I use for my project?
10 MAX for a :60 sec spot. 5 max for a :30 sec spot. NO screenshots or pictures that need to be altered.
They are used AS-IS. You must select EXACTLY what you want in the video.

Can I write my own script?
Sure, as long as you keep the word count between 100-120 words MAX for a :60 sec spot. 50-60 words max for
a :30 sec spot. Please note the script will be read verbatim so make sure you get the important info in.
All other info can be shown in the video.

Can I use more than 1 song?
Yes. You are allowed up to 2 songs MAX for a :60 sec spot. Only 1 song for a :30 spot.
Must be Instrumental if a voiceover is needed? If sound bites need to be cut or used, there will be
an additional fee PER sound bite OR a 1-time fee per project.

What if I don't have a flyer for my project?
No problem. Only basic info is needed to create a professional project for you, along with music, logo, etc

 

What if I have my own video footage?
Your footage is welcome, but can only be used if the quality is clear & fits 16:9 frame in an .mp4 format.
If sound is to be used from the video, the quality must be clean.

What if I don't have my own video footage and it's on Youtube?
Please check Youtube for the rights to use videos, then email me a direct link. For more than 1 video there will be an additional $5 Download Fee per video. The video can only be used if the quality is clear & fits 16:9 frame in an .mp4 format. Please specify the parts you want to use by time code. e.g (:35 - :55 secs)

How long will my project be promoted?
Up to 30 days or until the DATE of the event. Timeless projects are promoted at random & may be featured on the Diamond Voiceovers page on Facebook.

How do I get my spot on the radio or TV?
If you are promoting in the MACON GEORGIA AREA I can handle that for you & get you the best rates on ANY station. Please allow 30 days for Radio/TV promotion. Outside of the area you have to set up an account with your local station.

I lost my original copies of the project, can you send me a copy?
Unfortunately I do not keep copies of any projects over 3 days unless you are a consistent client. I urge you to back up all copies, but you should be able to retrieve them from your email account. I also delete the Dropbox after 3 days.

How do I upload my project?
You will get a Dropbox link that you can download to your personal computer or phone. You can upload to Facebook & Youtube. For Instagram the video must be downloaded to your phone, then uploaded to IG.

 

What if I'm not satisfied with the final project?
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS so I will work with you to make the necessary changes for customer satisfaction.
If changes are not minor additional fees will be incurred.

How many people will see my video?
It depends on how much WE promote it. You cant post it 1x and expect to go viral. Take advantage of social media
it's FREE! I would post it at least 3X - 5X daily in several groups. Ask friends to share it & repost it.

 

Facebook or Youtube won't let me upload the video?
Sometimes they will block it due to copyright infringement. I have no control over that & there's no way around it in most cases. Start off in the description (I do not own the copyrights to this music. For Promotional Use Only)
